The wood is a traditional material meeting the most demanding structural, technical, insulating and aesthetic requirements of the present day. It has the lowest coefficient of heat expansion of all materials used for the production of windows, and it has high hardness at a relatively low weight; the outstanding feature of this wood is the good thermal insulating properties and fire resistance. The wooden windows are made of laminated three-layer lamella, which optimally lines up the natural strain of the wood and increases its compression strength and tensile strength. It is namely the three-layer composition of the lamella that eliminates undesirable distortion of the wood and guarantees the dimensional stability of the final product. The tree used most often is spruce (90%), and additionally we offer meranti and oak and as a new item, merawan. Windows of the best quality are made from fixed squares. The spruce can be also delivered in jointed squares, which are used below the finishing coat. Merawan is an exotic wood with a high hardness and density of 700kg/m3, similar to oak. The pigment figure of this wood is similar to meranti.
